Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates through field visits, local networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, local areas, referrals, job portals, and social media.
• Visit colleges, institutes, local communities, and other potential candidate locations for recruitment activities.
• Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with the HR/management team.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status regularly.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong local candidate network.
• Support the onboarding process and documentation of selected candidates.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
• Ability to convince and motivate candidates.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Previous experience in recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or manpower hiring will be an advantage.
• Preferred CandidateCandidates who are comfortable travelling within Navi Mumbai, Dalo & Kalyan.
• Local candidates with good knowledge of these areas will be preferred.
