About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Promotion Executive to promote and increase awareness of Fastomag's Sport, Freedom, Calm, and Sleep wellness products across fitness centers, gyms, spas, beauty salons, wellness clinics, yoga studios, and societies, colleges / tutorials , corporate offices, related establishments. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, conducting product promotions, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gyms, fitness centers, spas, beauty salons, yoga studios, wellness centers, and sports clubs daily.
• Introduce and promote Fastomag products including Sport, Freedom, Calm, and Sleep categories.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with center owners, managers, trainers, therapists, and influencers.
• Identify new business opportunities and enroll partner outlets.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and promotion targets.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitors.
• Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and promotional material placement at partner locations.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
• Coordinate with distributors and retail partners for product availability.

·      · Create awareness and promote Fastomag Sport, Freedom, Calm, and Sleep products through social media channels.

·      Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and success stories from partner gyms, spas, salons, and wellness centers.

·      Coordinate with fitness trainers, gym owners, beauticians, therapists, and influencers for social media collaborations.

·      Encourage partner outlets to post, tag, and recommend Fastomag products on their Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.

·      Assist in organizing local promotional events, fitness challenges, sampling campaigns, and online contests.

·      Share daily field activity updates, reels, stories, and promotional content with the marketing team.

·      Identify local fitness influencers, wellness coaches, and beauty experts for brand promotion opportunities.

·      Support lead generation through social media engagement and community outreach.

·      Monitor competitor activities and promotional campaigns on digital platforms.

·      Ensure brand visibility through posters, standees, QR codes, and social media displays at partner locations.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred Science stream.
• Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, Fitness, Nutrition, or Wellness is an advantage.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, marketing, promotion, or business development.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, fitness, wellness, beauty, spa, or gym industry preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong enthusiasm for sales may also apply.
