Key Duties and

• ResponsibilitiesCompile financial data, create reports, and analyse company financial health.
• Oversee the finance department and manage personnel.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks.
• Direct investment activities and develop long‑term financial strategies.
• Work with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and

• QualificationsStrong background in finance, accounting, or business.
• Charted Account background will be preferred.
• Ability to analyse financial data and create financial models.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
