HR Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – Primary Responsibility

• Handle recruitment for factory, outlet and office staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Handle multiple vacancies and ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.

Other HR Activities

• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Handle employee documentation and HR files.
• Assist with onboarding and induction.
• Support payroll-related data collection.
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Assist with PF, ESIC and other HR documentation.
• Handle basic employee queries and coordination.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
