We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of interior design projects and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior design projects at site.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved layouts, working drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, contractors, and other site workers.
• Monitor the progress of civil work, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, false ceilings, furniture installation, and finishing activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, quality, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with interior designers and the operations team to clarify drawings, resolve site issues, and communicate progress.
• Track daily work progress and ensure activities are completed within the assigned timelines.
• Monitor material deliveries, availability, usage, and storage at the site.
• Identify execution issues, material shortages, or delays and report them promptly to the concerned team.
• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication or installation.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress photographs, labour attendance, and pending work lists.
• Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
• Conduct snag inspections, coordinate rectification work, and ensure all pending items are closed before project handover.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline throughout project execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
• Good understanding of residential interior execution, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of site measurements, materials, installation processes, and quality standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, labour, and multiple on-site activities.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel between project sites across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Experience

• Candidates with prior experience in site supervision, interior execution, or construction projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical site knowledge may also apply.
• Experience in residential interior projects will be an added advantage.
