Role: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process

📍 Location: MIDC Kalwa Industrial Estate Thane Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai,

🌎 Process: International / US Customer Support

💬 Process Type: Chat Process


Roles:

  • Chat Process Handle customer queries through chat only.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain chat quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple chats efficiently.


Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000

📅 Working: 5 Days Rotational Working + 2 Rotational Offs


Eligibility:

• 12th Pass

• Undergraduate

• Graduate

• Immediate Joiners


⏰ US Shift Timings:

• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM


  • Excellent English Communication Required
  • Good typing speed
