Inventory Executive

Job Summary-

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock In-Charge to manage day-to-day inventory and store operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of all stock while ensuring proper inventory control and availability of materials.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inward and outward movement of stock.
• Receive materials and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against invoices/POs.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, GRNs, and issue records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and organization of inventory.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and discrepancies and report them to management.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requirements accordingly.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and other departments for stock requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely utilization or disposal of expired/damaged products.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the store area.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
• Ensure company policies and SOPs related to inventory management are followed.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stock-related activities.
• Knowledge of POS/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
• QualificationGraduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Hospitality, Retail, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, restaurant, warehouse, or FMCG operations.
