Job Description

  • Lead Conversion & Consultation: Connect with qualified leads (provided by marketing or channel partners), understand buyer budgets and requirements, and present tailored property options.
  • Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property or sample apartment tours, explain project specs, location perks, payment plans, and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) details.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, manage price/discount negotiations within company limits, and assist with booking and KYC documentation.
  • Post-Sales & Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with home-loan partners, banks, and internal CRM/back-office teams to ensure smooth agreements, allotments, and registrations.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain daily updates in CRM tools, track hot/warm/cold leads, and provide regular reports to sales heads.
