1. Candidates' major work experience should be from DST & open market, Connectors , Self Sourcing.  
2. We should source the candidates from the small finance banks, NBFC, Axis, Asha, Adhar , Awas as their pricing is similar to our pricing Range. who deal in range of 12 to 16 % ROI & ticket size (loan amount). 5 lakhs to 200.00 Lakhs.  
3. We should not prefer candidates from branch banking vertical as they are use to get in house leads and not use to source from open market.
4. After such filtration we may get few candidates but those will be quality candidates and it will be easier for us to select them 
5. Must be check that candidates are earning Month on Month incentives. - IMP point

Sharp, Sales oriented candidates with 1 to 5 years’ experience in retail assets products ( MSME, Loan Against Property - RO MSME ) ( Housing Loan for RO HL )

Salary will depend upon the basis years of experience and last CTC.

Maximum CTC up to 4 LPA + fuel allowance+ Mediclaim + Team Insurance. 

Not working people should not have gap of more than 1 Months. They have to join on similar CTC
