The Sales Co-ordinator runs the sales follow-up system. You are the air-traffic control of the sales desk: every enquiry,

quote, meeting and follow-up sits on your sheet with a planned date and an actual date, and nothing falls through. Sales

reps sell; you make sure every call, quote and meeting actually happens on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the Sales F.M.S — every enquiry, quote and follow-up

logged with a planned date, audited daily.

Line up Zoom and field meetings for the sales reps; reconfirm

every meeting the same morning.

Make the verification call after each meeting and get the

proposal out within TAT.

Chase every open follow-up on its date — with the rep, with

the client, with operations.

Keep the Command Center pipeline clean: outcomes, next

dates, stream tags, meeting log.

Prepare the weekly sales numbers (meetings, conversion,

average ticket) for the Monday review.

3–6 years in sales co-ordination, inside-sales operations or a

hotel/hospitality front office.

Relentless about dates: you follow through until it is done,

never until it is 'sent'.

Fluent on Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and a CRM;

clear written English and Hindi.

Comfortable telling a senior rep, politely, that a promise is

overdue.
