Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through outbound calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Explain products/services to customers clearly
- Maintain a database of customer interactions
- Follow up with interested leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in outbound/telesales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
