Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with at least 6 months of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, generating sales, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Generate and follow up with potential leads.
• Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Update lead and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales activities and performance.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of hands-on sales experience.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
