💼 Job OverviewDhyaan Enterprises is looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves handling residential and commercial property sales, assisting clients with property selection, and driving closures through effective communication and follow-ups.
- 💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000+ (performance-based)
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads for residential and commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
- Convert leads into successful closures
- 🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in real estate sales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Navi Mumbai / Mumbai real estate market is a plus
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Target-oriented mindset
- 🕒 Working Details
- Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- 1 Weekday Off
