Required E-Commere Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and Email.
  • Provide product information, help with order placement, and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Assist in processing orders, coordinating with the dispatch/logistics team.
  • Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain daily records of inquiries, sales, and feedback.
  • Support the core team with basic day-to-day company operations.
