Service Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate field technicians, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities for corporate clients. GOOD ENGLISH WRITING AND SPEAKING SKILLS IS MANDATE

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and log service requests from clients.
• Assign and coordinate technicians and service partners.
• Schedule Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown calls.
• Follow up on open service tickets and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service support.
• Maintain service records, reports, and trackers.
• Monitor SLA compliance and client commitments.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and work completion documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Handle client communication and provide regular updates.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, operations, facility management, AMC, or maintenance services preferred.
