Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates/maids from the available database.
- Explain job opportunities, salary, working hours, location, and other relevant details.
- Understand candidates' experience, skills, availability, salary expectations, and job preferences.
- Shortlist suitable candidates according to specific client requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, trials, or client meetings.
- Follow up regularly with candidates until the placement process is completed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team regarding candidate availability and client requirements.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate-sourcing targets.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates to build a reliable candidate pool.
