Job Description
- Make outbound calls to parents and inform them about the institute and its academic programs.
- Explain the various courses available for enrollment, including course details, benefits, and eligibility.
- Understand parents’ requirements and recommend suitable courses for their children.
- Generate leads from interested parents and maintain a record of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Encourage interested parents to visit the institute’s centre for counselling and admission-related discussions.
- Follow up with interested parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, centre visits scheduled, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
