Job Description
Motion Education Kharghar is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can communicate effectively with students and parents regarding our academic programs. The candidate will be responsible for explaining various courses offered by the institute and convincing prospective students to visit the center for counselling and admission guidance.
- Key Responsibilities:Call prospective students and parents from provided leads/data.
- Explain courses offered by Motion Education Kharghar such as:
- Foundation Courses
- JEE Preparation Programs
- NEET Preparation Programs
- Provide detailed information about classroom programs, faculty, study material, test series, and admission process.
- Convince and motivate students/parents to visit the center for counselling sessions.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Maintain proper call records and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and convincing speaking ability.
- Basic knowledge of JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs preferred.
- Experience in telecalling/counselling will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
