1. Outbound Calling to Prospects

  • Make outbound calls daily to potential investors from databases, social media leads, or walk-in inquiries.
  • Engage professionally with clients to explain real estate project details and location advantages.
  • Clarify basic queries and encourage them to schedule a site visit or a meeting with the sales executive.

2. Lead Qualification & Follow-upUnderstand the customer’s property requirements—budget, preferred location

  • Qualify the lead based on buying intent, budget, and timeline.
  • Follow up with interested leads at regular intervals through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

3. Site Visit CoordinationSchedule appointments for site visits with the sales team or project manager.

  • Share location maps, project brochures, and appointment reminders with clients.
  • Update the CRM
