Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller – Sales to generate leads, connect with potential customers and introduce them to our product and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on potential leads
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Explain the product, features and benefits in a simple manner
• Understand customer requirements and handle basic queries
• Convince interested prospects to take the next step
• Schedule meetings/demo appointments for the sales team
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead records
• Coordinate with the sales team until the meeting is completed
Good communication, convincing ability and a positive sales attitude are important for this role.
