Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Electric Two-Wheeler Dealership)

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Industry: Electric Vehicles (EV) – Two-Wheelers & Commercial EVs
About Us Vivardhini Riders Pvt. Ltd. is a growing electric vehicle dealership in Navi Mumbai offering electric scooters, commercial EVs, after-sales service, spare parts, and RTO assistance. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for electric scooters and commercial EVs.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Schedule showroom visits, vehicle demonstrations, and test rides.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries until closure.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, service, and RTO teams for smooth customer processing.
- Assist with documentation, invoicing support, customer follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
- Help in backend operations including data entry, customer database management, insurance and RTO documentation.
- Achieve monthly enquiry conversion and sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales within the automobile industry.
- Experience in two-wheelers or electric vehicles will be preferred.
- Knowledge of electric two-wheelers, financing, insurance, and RTO processes is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.

- Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Customer relationship management
