* *Job Summary,*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in timely financial reporting and compliance.

* *Key Responsibilities*

* Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.

* Reconcile outlet sales with POS reports, cash transactions, UPI payments, and online delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.

* Handle vendor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

* Maintain petty cash records and prepare daily cash reports.

* Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly financial statements.

* Maintain GST invoices and support GST and TDS compliance.

* Track inventory purchases and coordinate with outlet managers for stock and expense records.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate accounting records.

* Support the finance team with other accounting-related activities as required.

* *Eligibility & Required Skills*

* B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

* 1–2 years of experience in accounting; QSR, restaurant, or retail industry experience preferred.

* Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST.

* Basic understanding of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

* Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

* Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a responsible approach to work.

* Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
