Job Title: Accountant – BUSY & ExcelShree Shyam Traders is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant for our showroom at Kirti Nagar Timber Market, Delhi.The candidate must have practical working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel and should be able to handle day-to-day accounts independently.Job Responsibilities:Daily Purchase & Sales Entries in BUSYGST Billing and Invoice PreparationE-Way Bill handlingCustomer & Supplier Ledger ManagementCash & Bank ReconciliationOutstanding / Receivable / Payable trackingPurchase Bill Checking and EntryStock / Inventory Entry and ReconciliationDebit Note / Credit Note EntryExpense and Payment RecordsMaintain Purchase, Sales and Stock Reports in ExcelBUSY and Excel Data ReconciliationCoordinate with CA for GST, TDS and accounting-related workMaintain proper accounting records and documentationRequired Skills:Good knowledge of BUSY Accounting SoftwareGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of formulas, filters, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic Pivot TablesBasic GST and taxation knowledgeGood understanding of ledgers and reconciliationCandidate should be accurate, organised and responsibleExperience: Minimum 1 Year2+ Years Experience PreferredPreference will be given to candidates having experience in Interior Products, Hardware, Plywood, Furniture Accessories, Decorative Panels, Building Materials or Wholesale/Trading Business.Education: Minimum 12th PassB.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per monthSalary depends on experience and practical knowledge.Job Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kirti Nagar Timber Market, New DelhiImportant: Candidate must have practical knowledge of both BUSY + Excel.
