Accountant

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (preferred)

Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and be proficient in Excel and accounting software.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage books of accounts in Busy Accounting Software
• Perform GST Reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs Purchase, GSTR-1 vs Sales) and ensure timely filings
• Handle Party Ledger Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, and expense records
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and taxation laws
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and filings
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in construction, mining, or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with compliance related to transport, billing, and vendor management
