Job Description

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Prepare vouchers, receipts, payment entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.

• Maintain records of CIRP/Liquidation costs and expenses.

• Prepare and maintain invoices and follow-up for payments.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.

Insolvency & Compliance Support

• Maintain physical and electronic records of CIRP, Liquidation, and Personal Guarantor matters.

• Assist in verification and compilation of claims received from creditors.

• Prepare basic data sheets, creditor lists, and status reports.

• Support filing and documentation before NCLT, IBBI, IPA, and other authorities.

• Maintain records of CoC meetings, notices, agendas, and correspondence.

• Assist in e-auction, asset sale, and compliance-related documentation.

Office Administration

• Handle inward and outward correspondence, emails, and courier records.

• Manage office files, registers, and document archives.

• Coordinate with advocates, valuers, auditors, and other professionals.

• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

• Draft routine letters, notices, and office communications.

• Maintain office inventory and administrative records.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com (Mandatory).

• Additional qualification in Accounting, Tally, GST, or Finance will be preferred.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and legal documents.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to insolvency, legal, secretarial, audit, or compliance work.

• Familiarity with MCA Portal, GST Portal, and Government e-filing systems.

• Knowledge of IBC processes will be an added advantage.


Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

As per office requirements.
