🎬 About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator who can produce engaging, high-quality videos for social media, educational content, digital marketing, and online platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI video generation, AI voiceover, AI avatars, video editing, animation, motion graphics, and content creation tools to turn ideas and educational topics into compelling videos.

You should have a strong understanding of what works on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including short-form Reels/Shorts as well as longer educational videos.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging AI-generated videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

* Produce educational, explainer, promotional, informational, and brand videos.

* Convert scripts, articles, concepts, and educational topics into visually engaging videos.

* Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, avatars, animations, and storytelling.

* Create short-form and long-form educational video content.

* Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, captions, graphics, music, and sound effects.

* Create attention-grabbing hooks, intros, thumbnails, and visual concepts.

* Add subtitles, on-screen text, animations, diagrams, charts, and other educational elements.

* Research topics and identify suitable visual approaches for explaining complex subjects simply.

* Create videos optimized for audience retention and social media engagement.

* Repurpose long-form content into Reels, Shorts, clips, and social media posts.

* Work with content writers, SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams.

* Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all videos.

* Stay updated with the latest AI video-generation tools, editing techniques, social media trends, and content formats.

* Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve video production speed and quality.

🤖 AI Tools & Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

* AI video generation tools

* AI image generation tools

* AI voice generation and voice cloning tools

* AI avatar/presenter tools

* AI script and content-generation tools

* AI-assisted video editing

* Text-to-video and image-to-video workflows

* Generative AI for animation and visual effects

Examples of useful tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Knowledge of alternative or newer AI tools is equally welcome.

📱 Social Media Video Skills

The candidate should understand how to create content for:

* Instagram Reels

* YouTube Shorts

* YouTube educational videos

* Facebook

* LinkedIn

* Other emerging video platforms

Understanding of hooks, storytelling, retention, captions, trends, thumbnails, hashtags, and platform-specific content formats will be an advantage.

🎓 Educational Video Creation

You will also create videos that explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and visually understandable manner.

Responsibilities may include:

* Educational explainers

* How-to videos

* Tutorials

* Animated lessons

* Concept explanations

* Infographics and visual presentations

* Industry/technical educational content

* Training videos

* FAQ and informational videos

The ability to turn a complex topic into a simple and engaging visual story is highly valued.

👤 Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in video creation, video editing, content creation, digital media, or a related field preferred.

* Strong understanding of AI-based content and video creation.

* Good video editing and storytelling skills.

* Creative mindset with strong visual sense.

* Understanding of social media video formats and trends.

* Good knowledge of captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.

* Ability to work from scripts and convert ideas into visual stories.

* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

* Good communication and time-management skills.

* Ability to research topics and independently develop visual concepts.
