About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented SEO, AI Search & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence across Google Search, AI-powered search platforms, social media, answer engines, and local search.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, SMO, social media management, content optimization, analytics, and digital marketing, with the ability to create and execute strategies that improve organic visibility, engagement, traffic, and brand presence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

SEO & AI Search Optimization

* Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Optimize website content, headings, metadata, internal links, and landing pages.

* Handle on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO activities.

* Improve website visibility and organic rankings on Google Search.

* Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

* Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-search visibility.

* Create and optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines.

* Improve local SEO and location-based search presence.

* Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, and organic performance.

* Analyze Google Search Console and website analytics.

* Identify new opportunities to improve organic visibility.

* Stay updated with Google Search, AI search, and search algorithm developments.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

* Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

* Develop and execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.

* Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.

* Prepare social media content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.

* Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience engagement.

* Improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.

* Support content marketing and SEO campaigns.

* Track social media and digital marketing performance using analytics tools.

* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members.

* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

* Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions.

* Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing practices.

👤 Required Skills

* Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms.

* Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO.

* Understanding of AEO, GEO, AI Search Optimization, and answer engines.

* Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Knowledge of SMO and social media marketing.

* Strong content writing and content optimization skills.

* Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

* Ability to analyze website and social media performance.

* Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic/video editing is preferred.

* Strong research, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Creative thinking and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

🎓 Qualification

* Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Relevant Digital Marketing/SEO certification will be an advantage.
