About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional who can independently generate and develop business for our Domestic & International Air Cargo services.

The key responsibility will be to build a strong customer base, generate regular cargo bookings and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customers and develop new business for Domestic & International Air Cargo.
• Identify exporters, importers, traders, corporate clients and other potential customers.
• Generate regular cargo enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Handle quotations, negotiations and customer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Develop new accounts and increase business from existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Follow up on bookings, shipment status and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Focus on generating profitable business independently.

Compensation💰 Fixed Monthly Salary + 20% Variable Incentive

The variable incentive will be linked to the business/profitability independently generated by the candidate, calculated on a monthly basis as per the company's incentive structure.

• Candidate ProfilePrior experience in Air Cargo / Freight Forwarding / Export Sales preferred.
• Strong sales and business development experience.
• Good customer network in the cargo/logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills With Airlines .
• Target-oriented and capable of independently generating business.
• Willingness to work towards revenue and profitability-based targets.
