Job Description
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of sales executives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and business-growth objectives.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably with some team-handling experience.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, depending on the company's business.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
