Barista

Job Description:Haru Natsu Coffee is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a creative approach to beverages, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Create latte art with consistency and precision
• Experiment and develop new drinks for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Required Skills & Qualifications:3–4 years of experience as a Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
• Experience with espresso machines and grinders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with interest in beverage innovation
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
