Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Research potential clients, markets, and business prospects.
• Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients and leads.
• Make calls and communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and internal departments for business-related activities.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding enquiries, proposals, and orders.
• Assist in arranging client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
• Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.
Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain and organize business records.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
