🧾 Job Title: Outlet Crew Member – Kofi Kafi
Location: Assigned Kofi Kafi Store (Delhi NCR )
Reporting To: Store Manager / Team Lead
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Timing: Flexible (Morning / Evening Shifts)

- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet every customer with energy and a smile
- Take orders accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve beverages (hot & cold) and food items (paninis, snacks, etc.)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet at all times
- Follow all SOPs for beverage prep, customer service, and opening/closing
- Refill inventory and assist in daily stock checks
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure fast and smooth service
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalate issues to the manager
- ✅ Must-HavesPositive attitude and friendly personality
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Willingness to learn coffee prep (barista training provided)
- Clean and presentable appearance
