🚗 WE ARE HIRING – DOORSTEP CAR WASHER

📍 Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi –110024

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Petrol Allowance + Per-Car Incentive

⏰ Working Hours: 9-10 hours/day

🚘 Daily Work: Approximately 6–7 cars

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers' homes and provide doorstep car washing and cleaning services
• Properly handle and maintain car washing equipment
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers
• Reach assigned customer locations on time
• Maintain basic records of completed services

Requirements:

• Own bike is mandatory 🏍️
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
• Previous car washing/detailing experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of Lajpat Nagar roads and locations
• Physically fit, hardworking and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Punctual and willing to work outdoors

💰 Compensation:

• ₹15,000–₹18,000 fixed salary + Petrol allowance + per-car incentive
• With 6–7 cars per day, there is an opportunity to earn additional income through performance-based incentives.

काम की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• कस्टमर के घर जाकर कार धोने और साफ़ करने की सर्विस देना
• कार धोने के इक्विपमेंट को सही ढंग से इस्तेमाल करना और उनका ध्यान रखना
• कस्टमर से अच्छे और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बात करना
• दिए गए कस्टमर लोकेशन पर समय पर पहुँचना
• पूरी हुई सर्विस का बेसिक रिकॉर्ड रखना

ज़रूरी चीज़ें:

• अपनी बाइक होना ज़रूरी है 🏍️
• वैलिड ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना ज़रूरी है
• पहले कार धोने/डिटेलिंग का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर है
• लाजपत नगर की सड़कों और जगहों की अच्छी जानकारी
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट, मेहनती और ज़िम्मेदार
• अच्छी बातचीत और कस्टमर सर्विस स्किल्स
• समय का पाबंद और बाहर काम करने के लिए तैयार

💰 पेमेंट:

• ₹15,000–₹18,000 फिक्स्ड सैलरी + पेट्रोल अलाउंस + प्रति-कार इंसेंटिव
• रोज़ाना 6–7 कारें धोने पर, परफॉर्मेंस-बेस्ड इंसेंटिव के ज़रिए अतिरिक्त कमाई का मौका है।
