Job Description
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience in powder putty, powder coating, paints, coatings, adhesives, construction chemicals, or similar chemical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of chemical formulations and raw-material properties.
- Experience with laboratory testing, formulation trials, and production-scale manufacturing.
- Good understanding of quality control and chemical testing methods.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of chemical safety, MSDS/SDS, storage, and handling procedures.
- Ability to work with Production, QC, R&D, Procurement, and Management teams.
