Job Description
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Practical experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG/arc welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and assembly.
- Ability to read and understand 2D engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of MS and SS materials, gauges, sections, pipes, sheets, and fabrication hardware.
- Good understanding of measurement tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, angle gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Knowledge of fabrication quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Good manpower and shop-floor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and production-planning abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
