Job Description
Civil Engineer – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and monitor civil construction and renovation work.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, drawings and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety and timeline standards.
- Monitor material usage, labour and project costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, measurements and progress reports.
- Coordinate with management for project updates and approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction, retail projects, commercial sites or renovation work.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong site-management and contractor-coordination skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
