Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client queries, orders, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams like Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Ensure client retention, repeat business, and timely payment follow-ups.
- Maintain client data and daily interactions in CRM / Excel.
- Support the sales team in onboarding new clients.
