Client Retention Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for ongoing client accounts, building trust and aligning expectations.
• Churn Prevention: Monitor accounts work, track early churn signals, and step in decisively to resolve pain points of the clients
• Renewals & Growth: Lead contract renewal discussions, product upgrades, and account expansions.
• Data & Feedback Analysis: Maintain data of the clients , welcome calls, take feedback from the clients and update on the sheet .
• Cross-Selling - Generate business from cross sell , upgrade and renewals
• Coordination : Good in coordination between internal team and with the clients to match the expectation .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any filed or post graduate or a related field .
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in client success, account management, customer retention, or sales-driven roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and basic customer data analytics.
• Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active problem-solving, confident communication, and resilience under pressure.

Job timing - 9:30Am to 6:30pm

Salary - 15k to 25k in hand ( For Experience )

-12k to 16k ( for fresher )

Location - Walk in Distance from Kalindi Kunj Metro station .
