Job Description
*Job Title:* Debt Recovery Executive
*Job Summary:*
A Debt Recovery Executive is responsible for recovering pending payments from customers and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure timely collection of dues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact customers through calls, emails, and messages for payment follow-ups.
* Recover outstanding payments within the assigned timeline.
* Maintain records of customer conversations and payment updates.
* Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding overdue accounts.
* Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.
* Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
* Experience in telecalling, collections, or recovery process preferred.
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
