Job Description
Manage workflow of CCS / PR / PO / SO between Plant and Head Office.
Handle Service Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and related documentation and approvals.
Coordinate with Plant, Finance, Accounts, HR, Purchase, and other departments for timely processing of commercial transactions.
Verify Payment Approval Forms (PAF) and supporting documents.
Manage Vendor KYC, documentation, quotations, comparative statements, and management approvals.
Assist in vendor ledger reconciliation, Scrap & HSD reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
Support Sales & Marketing activities, including customer coordination, negotiation, commercial documentation, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Assist in reviewing and administering commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and business terms.
Prepare commercial MIS, reports, presentations, and analysis as required by management.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, follow-up, and timely closure of assigned activities.
