Job Description

Job Description: Resident Technician (1 Year Experience Required)

We are looking for a skilled Resident Technician with at least 1 year of experience to be deployed at a Government Department. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network issues
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Provide on-site support at the assigned government office
  • Install and configure systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Maintain service reports and ensure timely task completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers, printers, and networking
  • Ability to work independently at client location
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
