Job Description

Attend and assist customers at the sales counter.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

Explain product features, prices, offers, and specifications.

Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders when required.

Handle cash/card/UPI payments and coordinate with billing.

Maintain proper product displays and stock availability.

Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for product delivery.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain daily sales and customer records.

Follow up with customers for pending orders or requirement.
