Customer Assistance Manager_CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit_New Delhi
- Manage and assist customers facing financial hardship related to credit card payments. - Oversee the Hardship Assistance Unit to provide tailored support and solutions. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues. - Maintain strong communication with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate assistance. - Handle escalations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Drive customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient service. - Monitor and report on the performance of the hardship assistance processes. - Collaborate with credit and risk teams to manage customer accounts under hardship programs. - Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and up to date. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer assistance function.Job role
