Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Regular follow-up with customers for quotations and orders
  • Share product details, pricing, and updates
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch team
  • Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM
