Craftmate is a fast-growing D2C art & craft brand creating easy, enjoyable DIY art experiences for everyone.


We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can be the friendly, reliable voice of Craftmate for our customers.

  • What You’ll DoHandle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, calls and other support channels
  • Help customers with orders, payments, shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds
  • Track shipments and proactively coordinate with logistics partners for delayed or stuck orders
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, refunds, replacements and resolutions
  • What We’re Looking For experience in customer support, preferably in D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands
  • Strong Hindi and English communication
  • Basic understanding of Shopify/e-commerce operations is a plus
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic computer tools
