Job Description

Responsible for supporting customers after purchase, resolving their concerns, and following up on pending payments while maintaining strong, positive relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers after sales to check satisfaction and handle queries
  • Resolve complaints and service issues promptly, escalating when needed
  • Follow up on due and overdue payments by phone, email, and messaging
  • Negotiate payment plans and get clear commitments on dates and amounts
  • Share invoices, payment reminders, and account statements
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and service teams
  • Update customer records, call notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Track payment status and report collections regularly
  • Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
