Job Description
Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent / Collection Executive
Department: Banking Collections & Recovery
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls regarding pending loan or credit card payments.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.
- Follow company policies and RBI guidelines during the recovery process.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in banking collections or debt recovery preferred.
- DRA / NDRA certified candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
