Job Description

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase sales, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Handle campaign strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and scaling.
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics.
  • Develop strategies for e-commerce and D2C sales growth.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
  • Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and customer/audience research.
  • Plan offers, promotions, landing pages, funnels, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Manage SEO strategy, keyword research, website traffic growth, and organic visibility.
  • Work with website/e-commerce teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Set up and monitor tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
  • Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering advertising spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, and overall performance.
  • Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and guide junior digital marketers and coordinate with agencies/vendors when required.
