🚀 Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive high-quality student leads and admissions for Eduplier’s Online UG & PG programs.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality student leads for online education programs.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR and conversions.
- Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Track leads and coordinate with the Admissions/Counselling Team to improve conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Lead Generation & Performance Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in Education/EdTech lead generation will be preferred.
