Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – D2C | Healthcare | Ayurveda

Location: Model Town, Delhi

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: As per experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop D2C marketing strategies to increase sales, leads, and ROAS.
  • Handle performance marketing, funnel optimization, retargeting, and CRO.
  • Plan digital campaigns for healthcare and Ayurvedic products/services.
  • Analyze campaign performance, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and content teams to improve results.
  • Manage landing pages, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in D2C brands and performance marketing.
  • Healthcare, Ayurveda, or wellness industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and sales funnels.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills.
